LEGO - Life with Brands



A collaboration project I did with Motion Design School. It's really challenging to animate this character with little time constraint but it's really nice to see the final result.

This is a test animatics, because I messed up attempting to dive straight into doing the animation without confirming the flow in the previous attempt. This helps me to finalize the poses, I used Puppet Tools for this process.


I get to experiment with new plugins I acquired: Limber (for character limbs) and Roll It (scattering of the lego) with this project. 

This Lego scattering was done by keyframing the rotation and position of every single brick with the magic of Roll It plugin that allows the object to roll naturally.
